Refund & Exchange Policy

• Exchange: Within 7 days of delivery, with the original receipt and ZAE tag intact.
• Refunds: Issued only for damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
• Merchandise must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
• Sale & promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• Approved claims and exchanges may take up to 2–3 weeks to process.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days.
• Delivery within Pakistan takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
